To keep our operating costs low, Scoot About, LLC only accepts
checks as payment (see below for details).
Checks must accompany the Order Form -- send via USPS mail to:
We do not accept nor file with your insurance,
Medicare or Medicaid.
Check with your provider before ordering to see if you will be
reimbursed for your rental/purchase costs.
When you file for reimbursement, be sure to include our product's
insurance code: HCPC E0118, crutch substitute.

FREE SPIRIT® KNEE & LEG
WALKER
Rental / Purchase
The minimum rental duration is
four weeks; rent is $45.00 per
week.
Deposit is refundable if returned
in good condition.
Nominal delivery & pickup service
fee applies to the San Antonio
Metro area.
Shipping outside San Antonio will
be via UPS at normal Ground
Rates and duration (usually 3-5
days.)
If you change your mind within 24
hours of delivery and no longer
want the knee scooter, or wish to
return the scooter during your first
week of rental, you will be
charged a $50 cancellation fee.
WALKER
Rental / Purchase
The minimum rental duration is
